Nightly rates:
Sunday-Thursday $185 per night plus taxes and state fees
Friday & Saturday $220 per night plus taxes and state fees

Weekly rates:
$1450 plus taxes and state fees for 7 consecutive nights beginning on Saturday night
and ending on Saturday morning, except holiday weeks

Holiday weeks: $1600 plus taxes and state fees (4th of July week, Memorial Day week,
Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years week, begins on Saturday and ends
the following Saturday morning.

Special Events: Fishing open, the first weekend in May; and Polaris Crandon World
Championship Off-road Race Labor Day weekend. $220 per night (minimum 2 night
stay) plus taxes and state fees.

Policies:

All reservations require an additional $125 cleaning fee, regardless of the length
of the stay

No smoking
Not suitable for children under three
Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled within 14 days of the scheduled check in.
